Meet the Executive Leadership Team
Victoria Fabuluje
President and CEO
Victoria oversees iCare Health Services’ overall strategic goals and organizational leadership, providing services to Arizonans throughout the state since 2016.
Victoria has been a progressive leader, advocator, and innovator for 14 years. Her passion and care for advocating for people of disabilities started the foundation of iCare Health Services with the support and expertise needed from Ayoola Akanni. Her commitment to serve and advocate for people of disabilities has positively impacted healthcare for improved member care and population health outcomes.
With an extensive background in healthcare and other industries like Financial and Education, Victoria has worked in different areas and departments as a Caregiver, Case Manager, Advocate, Internal Auditor (Operation & IT), Compliance Specialist, and Data Specialist for several companies. She has overseen all areas of operations, including financial management, electronic health records, claims and billing systems, information technology, data analytics, human resources, and contracts.
Victoria is married with kids, enjoys spending time with her family, doing some farming work in her leisure time, and hanging out with her friends.
She graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Master of Business Administration emphasis in Accounting and Health System Management. She earned her Bachelor of Health Sciences from Howard University and her Associates of Arts from Glendale Community College.
Ayoola Akanni
Chief Operations / Information Officer
Ayoola is the co-founder of iCare Health Services, overseeing the technology vision, strategy, and leadership in the development, implementation, security, and sustainability of information systems initiatives at iCare Health Services. His expertise, love, and passion for working with people of disabilities help in the growth and foundation of iCare Health. Previously, he served as the program director of our HCBS service, servicing our members all over the valley.
Ayoola has experience working in different areas as a Behavioral Health Provider, Internal Auditor, Cybersecurity Specialist, and IT Auditor. He is married with kids, enjoys indoor and outdoor sports, especially soccer, football, and kickboxing. He enjoys family time and making people surrounding him happy. He graduated from Grand Canyon University with his Master of Science in Cybersecurity, Bachelor of Accounting from Lagos State University.
